搬到台南快兩年了，在這段時間裡我開始了一系列對「地方」情感追尋的創作，不斷嘗試以各種方式去認識我的生活空間，希望藉由這樣的重新閱讀，找到一種視覺語言詮釋我在這塊土地上體驗到的美感經驗 。

這次參與台北當代藝術中心所籌辦的「台灣當代藝術論壇雙年展」，展出三組作品：「 什麼很台灣？」、「色票」、「生活空間裡的色彩之旅」。三組作品分別呈現我在台南不同時期、從不同角度去觀察、記錄與描繪這個地方。企圖透過身體經驗以及重新觀看而發展出一種帶有地方特色的風格。

這是兩年來我在「地方」這個議題上累積的小小成績，希望能與你們分享，還有許多不足，也希望大家不吝指教！

It’s been almost two year since I moved to Tainan. During this time, I have been working on series projects to explore my personal space about “Place”. By reading “the place”, I tend to find a visual language, which depicts about the aesthetic that I have experienced from this ground.

Recently, I have join “Forum Biennial of Taiwanese Contemporary Art”, a group show hold by Taipei Contemporary Art Centre. In this show, I am going to present three projects: “how is Taiwan like?”, “Colour Chart”, and “Journey of the Colours”. These three projects present the different angles of observation, records, and ways of illustration about the place from different periods of my works in Tainan. They are interconnected to each other, and show the progress of my work during this time.

This exhibition shows the little achievement that I have succeeded during these days. And I would love to share with you. There are still much more that I need to work on in my projects, and I would really appreciate to hear some feedback from you as well. So please come to see the show!
